Just completed a fitness test at http://www.specializedconceptstore.co.uk/harrogate-store/ with Craig Stevenson.
The results showed that I still have the metabolism of a 15 year old boy and there were some other important facts and numbers but I was to dizzy to understand!!
Looking forwards to making it a regular thing to see how my training is going. For more info speak to Craig in store (he's the skinny one with the gilrs car)

Just returned from a little trip to Slovenia with a few mates. It was planned to be a bit of a rest, but our Chalet at rideslovenia.com ended up turning into a boot camp venue for a few days.
Rachel Walker (Scottish downhill champion) was the inspiration behind it all. We decided to go for a gentle run one evening in the dark at -17 and ended up doing sprint sessions up the ski piste. Then it was back to the chalet for boot camp circuits in the cellar. The daily training continued!

Just spent the last two days training with the awe-inspiring Youth Trials World Champion Jack Sheppard!!

Having recently undergone a career challenging surgery on his wrist, when others would be at home recovering on the sofa, Jack has turned a negative into a positive and visualised this down time as a great opportunity to build on his strength and conditioning off the bike.

When you train with him you can see that he is made of World Championship material.

After over 5 months of recovery, rehab and training my doctor has at last signed me off. 
Ready to do damage all over again (fingers crossed)
With a year full of events such as of racing downhill for Hope, the Mega avalanche, the Hardmoors ultra events and whatever Berghaus has to throw at me, im pretty sure I'll be back to visit him again soon.
