We are not just qualified personal trainers and nutritional advisers; thats just the icing on the cake! Years of top level experience in mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing and outdoor pursuits are just a few of our skills that make your training a little more interesting.

TRYIT!                                                                                                     Training with us is based on physical sporting activities including tandem cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing and trail running. Home gym and circuits also play part in  the programs but the main aim is to get in shape whilst  having fun, learning a new sport and enjoying exciting new challenges.
